1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer multiple convenient payment options for seamless transactions:
Bank Wire Transfer (valid for verified business bank accounts)

2. Currency
All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise specified.
3. Minimum Order Requirement
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per design and color. Please note that single-piece orders are not available.
4. Pricing & Validity of Quotes
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, any official quote provided will remain valid for 30 days.
5. Sample Approval Process
A sample will be produced for your approval before bulk production begins.
Production will commence only after the sample has been approved.
A non-refundable advance payment is required before creating the sample.
6. Payment Schedule
Our payment process is divided into two phases:
50% Deposit: Required before production starts.
50% Balance: Payable once the order is complete but prior to shipment.
For regular clients with a consistent payment history, alternative terms can be discussed and agreed upon individually.
7. Payment Deadlines
Deposit Payment: Due within 15 days of receiving the initial invoice.
Final Payment: Balance is due within 15 days of receiving the final invoice.
8. Late Payment Policy
Delays in payment may disrupt the production and delivery schedules of your current and future orders. Timely payments are crucial to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 3 days of placement without incurring any penalties.
Cancellations made after production begins may result in additional charges to cover incurred costs.
10. Delivery & Shipping
Shipping costs will be included in your final invoice.
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you securely and on time.
If you have any specific shipping instructions or preferences, please inform us in advance, and we’ll strive to meet your requirements.
11. Taxes & Duties
Prices provided do not include taxes, customs duties, or any additional charges. Customers are responsible for any fees imposed by their local customs authorities or tax agencies. Please consult your local offices for applicable charges.
12. Credit Policy
We operate on a strict prepayment basis and do not offer credit terms. Payments must adhere to the outlined schedule, with production and shipment proceeding only after payment is received in full.
13. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
Refunds or replacements will be arranged based on our Return Policy.
